BotX Indicators sells digital software products. Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. No-Refund Policy

Once your purchase is complete and access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all plans: Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime.

2. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

  • Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed
  • TradingView indicator access is granted immediately upon payment verification
  • The nature of digital software makes it impossible to "return" after use

3. Non-Delivery Exception

If access is not granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment and our support team cannot resolve it, please contact us at support@botxtrading.ae. This is the only circumstance where we will investigate further.
