1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from BotX Indicators ("we", "our", "us"), operated by BotX Trading under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BotX Indicators provides digital technical analysis tools ("Indicators") for use on TradingView, MetaTrader 4 (MT4), and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). These are software tools only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage services, or portfolio management.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our services. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. License & Permitted Use

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased indicator(s) for your personal trading activity only, subject to your chosen plan.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute any indicator
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any indicator code
  • Use indicators on behalf of third parties without written permission
  • Share your dashboard access credentials with others
  • Claim ownership or authorship of our indicators

5. Payments

All prices are in USD. Payments via Razorpay or USDT cryptocurrency. All transactions are final.

  • Monthly plan: Expires after 30 days.
  • Yearly plan: Valid for 365 days from purchase.
  • Lifetime plan: One-time payment for perpetual access.
  • USDT payments verified within 30 minutes during business hours.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate payments or verified non-delivery. See our full Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All indicators, code, documentation, branding, and content are the exclusive property of BotX Trading. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or sharing access with unauthorized users. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach of Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Our indicators are technical analysis tools only. We are not liable for any trading losses. See our full Risk Disclaimer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
